We are an international group of researchers and practitioners in the field of Green Care, Health Farms and other initiatives concerning special care in green environments. This website is being used as an archive and communication tool for the community.

About the core group
Since 2008 an informal core group was established, consisting of volunteer CoP members who work together towards strengthening the CoP in their country and at an international level.
