Marina Loni
Graduated in Welfare Services at the University of Pisa, Italy, and registered as Social worker on the Register of Social Workers of Tuscany from the 2006. Work experience focused on children disease and, most recently, on working trainerships for disabled adults. From 2006 I started to be involved in all aspects of social and therapeutic horticulture and in 2007 I participated in the "Professional Training Course in Horticultural Therapy" organized by the Agricultural School of Monza Park, Milan. Since August 2007 I moved in UK to research and depeen my horticultural therapy studies. Currently I'm working on my postgraduate dissertation (University of Pisa, Faculty of Political Sciences – Specializing Degree in Programming and Politics of Welfare Services) about social farming and its development in Europe.
