Soziale Dienstleistungen - "Green Care"

Nicht nur das «Schlafen im Stroh» und das «Hof-Lädeli» bieten einen Nebenerwerb, sondern auch das Erbringen von sozialen Dienstleistungen. Eine internationale Tagung zum Thema soziale Dienstleistungen in der Landwirtschaft in Belgien fasste diese Bewegung europaweit zusammen und gab Impulse für ein aktuelles Projekt der Forschungsanstalt Agroscope Reckenholz-Tänikon ART.

Outre «Vacances à la ferme» et la vente directe, les prestations sociales peuvent également constituer un revenu annexe pour les agriculteurs. Un séminaire international qui avait pour thème les prestations sociales dans l’agriculture a analysé quelle était l’offre européenne en la matière et donné des impulsions à un projet actuellement en cours à la station de recherche Agroscope Reckenholz-Tänikon ART.
