This is the website of the International Community of Practice - Farming for Health. We are an international group of researchers and practitioners in the field of Green Care, Health Farms and other initiatives concerning special care in green environments. This website is being used as an archive and communication tool for the community.
About farming for health

About the core group
Since 2008 an informal core group was established, consisting of volunteer CoP members who work together towards strengthening the CoP in their country and at an international level.

Countryside Conferences

In 2008 the European Eemland Conference (Coöperatie Stadteland/WUR LEI) works closely together with the Autumn Conferences (Netwerk Platteland). From october 22nd till october 24th the conferences offer you - under the name 'Countryside Conferences 2008' - a wide range of workshops, lectures and events. NOTE: although you are more than welcome to visit the the Autumn Conference, events are mostly in Dutch. All activities of the European Eemland Conference are in English.
